silversprings : adjusting arms on the fly

having real difficulties getting info together on the silver springs arm and pro arm

how do i adjust the tension on these arms? i heard there was some kinda electric gizmo for the silver springs, their site seems to have been down for a while now.

i can t see any knobs on the pro arm photo s ive been able to find.

both arms are adjusted by using a tool -- a gimbal wrench for the Pro... I think the Rig Engineering arm uses a slightly larger size but same idea. I've heard that using electric drills/screwdrivers to do this breaks down the lube on the adjustment bolt quickly (bad). Also you can't feel the end coming and take a chance of over tightening/loosening and really messing things up.
