Wow! Some great "on board" footage too. I wonder what camera they were using, it's very good quality and must have been tiny.

As (probably) the only member of this site who has jumped a wingsuit, I can tell you they are a lot of fun! I never base jumped but I have jumped those out of airplanes and covered literally 3+ miles from exit to parachute open. Out of an airplane you have no idea of your forward velocity until you see videos like this, they are spectacular and of course extremely dangerous. These guys have probably 10,000 + jumps and are decidedly extreme risk takers :o

I'm semi-retired :) Maybe some day I'll return to the sport but I think it'll be later than sooner. I still think of it and dream of it constantly though, I miss how alive you can feel while jumping.
