Hey all,
I was just wondering what everyone is doing concerning HD and your monitors? Are any of you using HD down-converters? How are you displaying HD images on your rigs? As always, thanks for the insight. :)

On Rescue Me, the show on which I operate, we down convert all, execpt to the DP, whose got those Big Ass Monitors. You know the ones that weigh about 600 lbs.
We use the Everts on Sony 900 and I am not all that unhappy with the image that I get.

Thanks Eric and Jamie.
Eric, can you tell me why there is a 5 frame delay with down-conversion? Dose it have anything to do with the HD format or is it a processing thing? Isn?t HD 1080i and 720p 60 fields witch is equivalent to 30fps?
