Dear Operators
Does anybody know the pin assignments for the 'Monitor Out' 6pin Hiroshi on the EFP sled? I've been told that the Monitor Out supplies both video and 12V power, so I got a custom cable made to go from the EFP to a Modulus 3000 video transmitter. The cable doesn't seem to work, and I am guessing the guy who made it didn't have the pin configuration right. If anyone can shine a light I would be most grateful.
Cheers,
Toby.

Toby,

According to http://www.xcs.inc.c...ata/tb6pins.htm

The TB-6 wiring info

The pin outs for EFP 6 pin hirose are

Pin 6 Power ground
Pin 5 +12vDC
Pin 2 Video signal input
Pin 1 video ground

I hope that helps...If it doesn't call Fred Davis! The cable answer man.

Thanx for the props, Rich.
According to my Database-O'-the-Gawdz™:

1 DC Grnd
2 Vid Grnd
3 Vid..........................Pins 1&6 bridged
4 +12VDC..................Pins 4&5 bridged
5 +12VDC
6 DC Grnd

The quick-witted will note the discrepancy. I have a call in to Greg to check verify data.

<red face>
Greg just confirmed his documentation regarding the 6-pin HRS EFP monitor wiring, and I have confirmation from Jim "All Things CP" Bartell, so my documentation is incorrect.

Disregard my previous post, and forgive my confusion.
