with all my respect:
I felt a litle out of what heppened with the steadicam comunity around cinegear, last year we enjoined a very good evening and my intention this year was to try to do the same,It is very interesting discuss about our work with diferents point of view.
That was the reason that I posted my last post(redundante)...I expected a event more opened than a steadicam guild evente, that`s it.
If for any reason I offended you or another...please,sorry,It wasn`t my intention.
I respect you too much for this.
All the best and I expect to see you in cinegear,Bye.

PS:Sorry for my english.

The "american" reference was only this, a location adjetive, more from USA than international. Will,I will never put lies or whereever in the air,you can chack my behavior for many years with people from ex-CP,now tiffen,as Jim bartell or Garret.
I came here 1994 for a workshop and I`m still coming for diferents reason of work,I love how is the feeling of be a steadicam comunity because in Spain we are a few.
Never my intention was offended or ofense any american.

PS.I`m not another anti-american european,I love this country (but I`m not republican,by the way)

it was great to see you all at CineGear and then at Jerry's.

too much Jagermeister!

did anyone else get to the Lisigav booth? Supposedly better than hi-speed Arri oil for the gimbal bearings.

thanx Dave!

Once again Ron, we all know that full-time episodic ops don't bother with such silly things as gimbal lubrication. Personal lubrication--that's another story and one you tell better than anyone.

BJ McDonnell

P.S. Hey Ron, I think you need to post all those sweet shots you took here on the forum.

I'll squirt my Lisigav on you any time Ron. Now BJ, he doesn't need any Lisigav....he's permanently lubed. By the way, I inadvertently brought your Lisigav home with me Ron. I used about half the tube on a new "friend" I met last night on Santa Monica Blvd. in Hollywood, but I'll be sure to get the rest back to you ASAP.
Oh, and those pictures are brilliant!
