As far as I can tell this is not a scam but the real deal. The government has illegally taxed us on our phones based on an ancient war tax which no longer applies. Therefore, we're entitled to get that money back. The following website encourages you to donate this money to a good cause (a good idea) but do whatever you want with it. Just don't leave it in the war chest.

Tell everyone you know.

You're right, It's like $40, but hey, when it comes to taxes, take anything you can get back.

I'm not sure, but this should apply to all phones you have: land line, cell phone, etc. so could be more than $40.
