I have a steadicam JR that I just use on Canon GL1s, but I am wanting to get a Panasonic Ag-DVX100, which is .4 lbs more than a steadicam can take. But I am wondering if anyone has gotten it to work with some extra weights or anything? Let me know if you've come across this. Thanks!

Hi Camren,

I wouldn't try it. You may be able to add weight to the bottom and keep the thing from turning upside down. Then it'll be a sluggish beast untill you break the gimbal.

Sorry,

Bill
