I think we can all relate to that adrenalin rush we get when the actor races off just that bit faster than we were expecting !

That's a great video clip, thanks to the SOC for providing it. What an incredible insight into the origins of our craft. I'm looking forward to seeing more of it.

Garrett showed us the small doco at the last SOA workshop and he said (if i remember rightly) that its part of the Rocky anniversary DVD which is out next year.

Not too sure if that was mentioned on the clip

Greetings all,

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend the forum, but I was fortunate enough to be asked to dig into my shot library and put together a short montage of Steadicam shots over the past 30 years (thanks Dan!). I've put it up on SteadiShots for anyone that is interested. I really look forward to seeing the rest of the video from the event.
