I used to think that the 1650 (30.75" x 20.50" x 11.62") was huge... Then the 1660 (31.50" x 22.87" x 19.00") showed up. The size was just ridiculous...
Of course Pelican wasn't done out doing the Storm cases and they brought you the 1690 (33.36" x 28.44" x 18.23") that's it, right?

Hell no. They introduced the military sizes (it looks like they had some pentagon grands as all of these cases come in OD green and Desert Tan)... look at that monster: the 1680 (44.90" x 25.32" x 16.06").

Is that the future? The all in one case set up... including you as there is enough space left.
Could get ugly with the TSA when you want to get on the plane.

Happy packing,

Erwin

Put some wheels under the case and you have your own trailer :P

I use to have my stuff in the 1660, but its a pain to carry it around. Now i have 2 bags, and 4 smaller cases.
But what a monster case that is
