is there anyone of you visiting a gym regularly to achieve better physical stamina or for prevention
of back problems?
i mean in addition to normal operating/practising...
just thinking about it 'cause many people ask me...

With time, experience and good operating habits, you will develop the necessary stamina to operate longer. Back problems should not be a problem if your operating style and posture are given the proper attention. Check out the linked post below for a better discussion.
Regarding the gym, I think it's a good idea no matter what your job is.

Though I hate going to the gym, the eye candy always helps.
