Have a look to this : Nike + Apple Video

Some nice hard-mount shots,

I'd like to try the thing on a shooting, a music video for example...

More here : Nike+iPod or Nike+

Kareem, wouldn't the Ipod /Nike shoes be a great way to do Ted's billing procedure:

$100.00 at the time of your appearance on the set
$ 2.00 per yard forward (walking)
$ 5.00 per yard forward (running)
$ 3.50 per yard backwards (walking)
$ 7.00 per yard backwards (walking)
$ 10.00 actor in the shot
$ 15.00 actor not in the shot
$ 20.00 per flight of stairs (up)
$ 15.00 per flight of stairs (down)
$ 10.00 each additional consecutive flight

People who don't run around with a Steadicam to work up a sweat.

I shot a Nike spot tooling around the Great Resevoir in Central Park years ago. We ran a western dolly and did quite a bit of long-lens stuff. Great fun. The most entertaining was not the preceeding but the parallel work shot below the running path, off to the side.

Never run when you can ride, that's what I was taught.
