Just finished shooting in the U.S. Everything worked great. The American crew was amazing, the service is as always wonderful...except for one big, yellow idiot.
DHL manged to loose our equipment, with it my steadicam. And we had all PAL gear. Great. They spent 2 weeks of finding it. And when they did find it, all we got was that they didn't have a car big enough to drive it out to us. We had to get it ourselves. In our very ordinary sized truck. When we got to DHL, they had 3 cars twice the size of our car just standing there. And when the manager asked us how far away we were from the DHL office, we said an hour and a half. He responded with "wow, that's far!"
You know, they are supposed to be a worldwide delivery company, but hey, I suppose that's just details...
Safe to say, DHL are not transporting our gear back home, or EVER again. DHL, please crash and burn. Idiots.

So guys, always try to use or look for some other firms.. the biggest is often the most expensive and they have the big brand allready so they dont care if the small costumer gets a bad deal or deliverey.

Now I agree with Fedex that one day The Ultimate should be in that museum (the Guggenheim) as the most beautiful sled ever made. Just not yet !! Good luck with all your future shipping !
