Hi guys

A question for operators who lives in USA.

If you buy equipment from europe, how much is the cost, custom duties or tax you have to pay for it?

Had someone problems with it?

Thanks in advance,

  Gus

Hi Gus,

I haven't purchased gear from outside the USA personally, though I found this site that may help explain the tax rates:

http://www.uscib.org...es-vat-ud-1676/

From working in a rental house and dealing with some international shipping snafus, it may behoove you to get a customs broker who will make sure you have the proper paperwork to get from point A to point B.

Happy flying!
