One of my Dionic HC is acting weird. When I shake it I fell like the inside is shifting a bit.

Anyone experienced that? Is there a fix for it I could do or is it a back to the factory or Ritter?

Was it new or recalled?  I ask because I remember someone mentioning this happened to one of their batteries that John had re-celled.  He then chimed in that he would fix it for free (and that he had changed the way he packaged the cells so this was not a problem any more).

Hi Victor

Not a big deal, there is double stick tape inside the battery compartment and it has dried out

allowing the cell assembly to move inside the case.

It is a simple fix. If it is still under warranty just return it to Anton Bauer.

John
