Hi guys,

Need some advise on putting together and inexpensive handheld director's monitor.

Any advise or recipe sharing is appreciated.

Thanks,

Well I decided to spend the money and go for the SmallHD DP7 Pro kit instead.

Thanks anyway.

I use the wooden camera director monitor cage that I use with an AC7 OLED (lighter and cheaper than DP7) I power it all from one Anton Bauer battery that lasts forever.

Not sure if you've made the purchase yet, but I highly recommend SmallHD 702 monitor. It eats up low power, bright enough for daylight and super lightweight.
