It appears my Greenscreen monitor on my Master sled is adjusting for 16x9 incorrectly. It's perfectly possible the problem lies in me, but either way I'd like to solve it.

I recently hooked up my DVX100 with the animorphic adapter. Through the sled monitor on 4x3, the picture appears as it does through the camera's viewfinder -- tall & skinny. However, when switching the sled monitor to 16x9, instead of vertically squeezing the picture down to its true aspect ratio, it vertically stretches it even more. So I end up with very tall and very skinny. I had this same issue when shooting with the new JVC HD100 which has native 16x9.

Is there something I've overlooked?

Thanks for any help,
Afton Grant

Afton-
If it's the 5 inch green screen, then pull out one of the adjusting knobs in the center and turn the knob- it adjusts for vertical height of the image. in the "in position" the knob has no effect, the aspect ratio is set to 4x3 (black bands on sides).

Spot on, Jerry. I knew it had to be something simple like that. Thanks for the help!
