We've recently upgraded to a Sony FS7 as our main camera. The Pilot we own has a standard composite input, and the FS7 doesn't have a composite out, so as far as I can see we have two options: either upgrade the monitor, or find an HDSDI -> composite converter small enough to be flown on the sled which can be powered by DTap. I got in touch with AJA who suggested the HD10MD3, but for that price we may as well upgrade the monitor! Is there an alternative box that'll do what we want?

Thanks in advance

Nick

There is a cheaper box from Blackmagic:

200$ I think.
