Hello Everybody,

 

finally have my hands on the BM Video Assist.. it nice and compact. Feels better constructed as Atomos (very plastic) , but it is little heavier then the Atomos recorders. 

 

My intention is to use it as onboard recorder. :D

Don't forget to get HD-SDI cables with 1.0/2.3 connectors!

I know Alan,

 

what I am more interested is the power cable for the unit. I think it has the same connector as the HyperDeck ..

It is the same. I'm going to see if I could fit a Lemo jack in its place when I get one. I'm also thinking about building a cage for it.

Can you wire up one with a P-TAP?
