Since I've had my gene I've only shot Hd.Shooting film now and can't get an SD signal. I've enabled comp and comp 2, disabled HDMI and SDI.
What am I doing wrong?

Some of them had an incorrect resistor on the main board and needed to be replaced by Chris to except Analog video. Try a full reset otherwise it needs to go back for repair. Comp2 is the 8pin input.

Or cross-convert from Composite to SDI.

this might by the fastest route......

Ive had a bit of an issue with my Gen 1 analog input through the 8 pin lemo. I put the composite through the post to the bnc connector and attached it directly to the composite BNC in and got an image. Just a thought.

Composite SD is fine on mine.  Send it in as Jens suggests.

I've been on a film show for the past 6 years and I've always used the Comp 2 input via the 8 pin on my Gen2. I went to prep another film job last week and the Comp 2 was not giving an image. The Comp 1 worked, but it's strange that the Comp 2 input that has worked for the past 6 years stopped functioning. I did do a full reset, but no luck. Looks as though it will have to go in for repair...

Are you sure it's an SD tap? I spent a few minutes chasing my tail on a film job. Until the AC pointed out it was an HD tap.
For what it's worth SD works on both my gen1 and 2.
