Anybody know who I should be contacting at Tiffen to buy a new rig? Been trying for days and no answer. All I want to do is give them my money and use their gear. Thanks in advance.

My assistant and I have been trying to contact Dan numerous times through both email and phone calls.  Zero response.  All I need is a small replacement part, but it's one that renders my sled useless without it.

A response of some sort would be appreciated.

Repairs and replacement parts would be primarily handled by Rey Reyes (customer service manager). I've PM'd his contact info to you.

Ryan, I was in your same position last year. The poor communication scared me off and I bought another brand. I know I dodged a huge bullet by doing so and am REALLY glad it worked out like it did. Best of luck in your gear purchase.

If your desired rig is anything up to Zephyr, you can also buy at retail like B&H, Showcase Atlanta, etc. I'm pretty sure big rigs are only sold direct. Dan may have been harder to get ahold of due to NAB. For service, Rey Reyes has been very responsive, but if its not an emergency it can take a day or two to hear back.
