Don't know the best way to get rid of my old Pro 1 batts besides trashing them.  Is it possible to leave them at certain recycling centers that take old computers and other electronics etc?  Anyone have any experience with that?  Anyone out there interested in them at all for any reason?

Electronics recycling centers will take them. You might ask John Ritter if he's interested in taking them off your hands, too.
