First Amira job coming up in a week. Any tips, tricks, gags & gotchas for mounting, cabling, powering? DP's camera will be coming in from out of town, I may not get an extensive prep. Of course I'll check in with my friendly local rental house pals, but appreciate anything you can share to give me a leg up.

Make sure you get the UAP2 plate from the rental house which will allow for flush mounting of your Steadicam plate to the bottom of the camera it also has 15mm rod mount built in.

The power connector is a departure from the standard ARRI 2 pin Fischer connector so you'll need to get a new cable.

The viewfinder must be left on the camera to adjust camera settings.
