I am a total beginner looking to purchase the pilot I know it is being discontinued but need some help.

 

I have a canon 7d dslr I want to mount on it, can anyone tell me which model to get and what they mean?

 

the pilot VLS, VLB or aa which one to get? Also hen I buy the rig what else do I need to get shooting?

Peter,

 

The basic difference is the type of battery.  It will run on V-Lock, Anton Bauer or AA batteries.
