Will Gen1 users be able to upgrade to the Gen2+ via the trade-in program?

The Gen2 is upgradable.  The Gen2+ upgrade will be a replacement face with screen.

Is the upgrade THE fix for the psf issue, or is the software fix separate to the upgrade - covering monitors that get the upgrade and those that dont?

The software update covers all of the monitors, and corrects the PsF.  The FullHD upgrade is not related to the PsF.  The PsF software is for all Gen2 monitors, old and new.
