I have been resisting doing this but if anyone knows why Cinetronic no longer answer emails, phonecalls or deliver refurbished Gen1 monitors listed as in stock and paid for online while standing talking to Chris Bangma at Cinegear could they please get in touch.
I have sent multiple emails over the last couple of weeks and get nothing but an answer machine when I phone with no response.
I have already cancelled my monitor bracket order as I found one elsewhere that was actually prepared to respond to their customer and ship the product that I paid for. Looks like I'll be looking for a refund on the monitor next.
I would have thought that a young start up company like Cinetronic would be doing their best to respond to their customers in order to establish themselves in the marketplace. Particularly when this community is so small and yet so strong with very few secrets and reputations are created and destroyed so quickly in the information age. This may sound harsh but I am sick of being stonewalled and would simply appreciate the coutesy of a reply.
