6 pin Hirose HR10-7R-6s wire color code

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if any anybody knows the color code diagram wiring for the hr10-7r-6s hirose cable ?

Hey Nelson, if you're talking about the 6-pin Hirose on the the bottom/front of the Zephyr, there's a breakout diagram by pin # in the Zephyr manual. The PDF is over on the Tiffen site.

Yes thast the hirose im trying to figure it out ..in the manual they tell you the pin number and its correspendent however the info im after its what cable corresponds to what pin ..they are 6 cables
Yellow , black,brown, 2x whites , 2x reds ..just trying to make my own breakout cable

Hey Nelson,

 

It doesn't matter.  The colors are nothing but jacketing over copper wire - and each wire is the same copper (usually).  You can attach any color you want to any pin on the hirose you want.  What matters is then how you correspond the wires with the connector pins at the other end of the cable.  One general rule, however, is ground is usually black and the + voltage is usually red.  By no means is this a requirement though.
