Hey all, I got a small problem and maybe you could help me

For school i have to write a term paper which has to be about 20 pages. We could choose a topic,  I decided to write about the principle of operation of steadicams and gimbals but unfortunatly i wasn't able to find much professional literature which my term paper could be based on. So maybe you guys know some books about the topic.
Thanks in advance, sorry for any mistakes and greetings from germany

The Steadicam Resource Manual on this page might be of some help. It's pretty thorough, though a bit outdated at this point. http://www.steadicam...soamanual.shtml

This book also should be first on your priority list to get. It's a wonderful primer to Steadicam, and covers everything all the way up to the most modern gear. http://www.amazon.com/Steadicam®-Operators-Handbook-Jerry-Holway/dp/024082380X
