Has anyone ever seen, or ever tried to build, a simple HD-SDI "switch"?

Basically, something dumb (unpowered) that you can feed in 2 (or more) HD-SDI feeds and have 1 HD-SDI feed out, and "switch" between the inputs?

So I know this is a composite switch, but this is my thought:

Composite video requires a 75 ohm connection just like the SDI protocol and, over such a short run (and isolated from power) as in this box, cable shielding shouldn't be an issue, thus it is just a standard 75 ohm coaxial switch. It makes sense to me that it would work.
