How to start? Newbie question!

Where would you start if you had to start to learn how to operate a steadicam. I am a wedding photographer interested in movies.

As to his question PLEASE read through the Newbie section there are many post answering that exact question . To answer question
Do a 2 day workshop Tiffen run them all the time .Contact your local operators .Get the steadicam operators handbook .To name just a few things to start with.ok.

The steadicam operators handbook is great. You can also get the EFP instruction video DVD from Tiffen
