i've been meaning to do this for sometime but i get lazy... but a part of my rig broke during a shoot a while back and i called howard, showed him what happened and i had a new piece of equipment the next day on set. no questions, no credit cards, no blame, no voicemails, no emails, nothing... just an answer of his phone and him at fed ex 10 minutes later....the next day i was up and running again...i forgot how good that is. so just wanted to give a small shout out.

I second that sentiment. Immediate response and quick turn around, or next day replacement.

Since Ashley's been around everything has been run great and I find MK-V actually looking out for me.
