...has improved A LOT, when Ashley joined MK-V to be responsible for the europe market! Thank you MK-V team for having him on board!

I've also experienced this. Great for those in Europe, where MK-V is a lot more prominent than it is in the US. Between the service bump and the new V3.5 and V4 electronics, I'm excited about MK-V again.
