I have been reading a lot of posts on the forum about customer service. Well, a couple days ago, during an overnight shoot, the ring that attaches my Upper Jonction Box to my post went loose due to old age of the threads (bought my PRO sled used). In panic, I managed to finish the day. The following morning (with no sleep and time difference ...), I called PRO and Chad took the time to go through the issue. Turns out I have to send my UJB to them for repair. He agreed to send me a loaner (here is Toronto, not really next door) and today my rig is ready to fly (I have another shoot this week).
That is what I call amazing customer service,
