What I saw was very clever placement of the blouse over her bicep to cover how strong she is and how much she is lifting

She may look petite but she's carrying a lot on one arm

Funny and kind of fun to watch Physic knowledge could use some help; like bottom heaviness!!

it probably started out as an exotic exercise machine for biceps, but it didn't sell till someone thought ... "Hey, I gotta great idea". I'm sure it worked better as that than as a shock-cam :-)
