Hi,

I asked this question to Sony at Broadcast Video Expo in London last week, the mans reply was that the P1 uses the same system as the HDC-1500 so anything that works with a 1500 should work with a P1. Although he did seem a bit more like a sales man than a technical man. I've seen a P1 used with a Links system on a Steadicam before but only in pictures/video I don't know how it was set up.

Sorry I couldn't be more exact.

Good luck
Phil

Thanks Phil Thomas

I also asked this question to gigawave engineer
but gigawave engineer was no data with using "Sony HDC-P1"
gigawave engineer said to me "I guess most gigawave support SONY camera system
so it will be compatible" :)
