Yes that is a real book that is "looks like" an original edition of Ted Churchills'
manual of style. copies are on the net. http://filmmakerstore.com/steadicm.htm
This is very funny stuff in my opinion from a very funny and gifted operator.

Yes I've read it too, and it was wonderful. A lot of useful info if you read between the lines, but also genuinely entertaining. I was just worried that this was a typical Ebay scam where someone had simply printed off the web stuck a cover on it and was trying to sell it.

I own a copy of it. It's a booklet really, not a book book. It's startlingly honest and hilarious, which pretty much sums up a lot of Ted Churchill's draw.
