I spent the day today trying various configurations of the Alexa / codex on my rig. With anamorphic primes the codex placement on a GPI Pro sled that seemed to work best was putting the codex on the lower battery rack. This shrunk the post and lowered the gimbal position about 2" (from a film camera set up).

I am curious if there are other operators out there who have used this set up and what their experiences were.

I also tested the Teradek Cube wifi encoder. Interesting stuff..
