Ordered for over a grand at modulair 51. 2 Vestbags. 2 arm bags, 2 ac bags. Emailed them 3 times, and never got a reply.
Anyone know whats happening overthere?

They make the best stuff but suck balls when it comes to.customer service and communication. I steer as many away from that headache as possible.

Try contacting Tim Moynahan (Rock Steadi) I think he had/has something to do with them. This is sad because I again more of their stuff but will not go through the drama again.

I got a steadicam AKS Bag from FikenCa Enterprise Services 604-755-9944. It is the same exact bag as the Modular 51 Bag. They were fairly quick and answered the phone when I called. I cant remember who I spoke to.

They will never get back to you. Your stuff will just show up on your doorstep one day out of nowhere...and many months late. Too bad, such great potential.

I think they are the one who make the bags for Modular 51. I was able to order bags off the Mod 51 site and FlicaCa new exactly what I was talking about. But I never went to a website. I just spoke to people on the phone. I'll look at my receipt when i get off work tonight but I don't think they have one.

Very, very disappointed to read this: I had my credit card in hand and was going to purchase a vest/arm bag. Rethinking this now.

now...correct me if I am wrong...but me thinks that Rock Steadi Gear is the same stuff but handled by a different guy (Tim)? He's been on the forum but I have not ordered from him yet.

Hi Guys...Yes, it's true, I can and do ship the "Rock Steadi Gear" bags which are the same bags as Modular 51. I have been quietly selling these great bags for years. I do not have a website but if you let me know what bags you need or are interested in I will gladly fill the order. I work on a TV series so I can get very busy but I always answer emails promptly as all of my customers will attest to.
As I've said before on the Forum, I (we) are at the mercy of our manufacturer and they can be slow. It's not because they don't want to give good service, it's because they have some major big contracts with military and law enforcement agencies which keep them very busy.

Hope that helps clarify some things.

Respectfully,

Tim Moynihan
