YES!!!....

At Spain, a new steady-ops group. is born... (although they still don´t know it).

They are...."THE 300" team.... (Yes, like the Zack Snyder film).


THE FAMOUS "300"......


YES. I CALLED THEM "300", BECAUSE THAT IS ITS RATES.... Steadicam(full equiped)+op+assistant/focus puller=300€/day.

Just now, there are around 6-10 members, but the admission is open...

300€ = 150€ Steadicam Equipment / 100€ Steadicam Operator / 50€ Camera Assistant

Oh My God!!! I hope that the Steadicam Operator doesn't have a family to support!!! Also the Camera Assistant too! :P

Hi William!.
Not all ops have this rates, of course.
The problem borns when some boys gets a second hand sled, are living at mom´s home and wants grow-up from newbie to consolidated op.
No unions at Spain to stop it, free market, no rates.... Producers gets best prices.
If you come to Spain, come to enjoy my country, the sun, the people, gastronomy.... And call me. ;) :P B)

Asi estan las cosas? Donde? en Madrid?
No se si creermelo o estas haciendo una broma de mal gusto!
Tendriamos que organizarnos, hacer un sindicato con unos minimos o algo que permita protegernos de estas tarifas!

Hola Armando, soy Bernat, de Barcelona, he currado con Niko muchas veces,en verdad, fue uno de mis profesores... y si, tienes razón....la de curros que me he negado a hacer con estos presupuestos...no vale la pena trabajar por este precio...algunos creen que si...peor para ellos...nos vemos, saludos

You are right Amando but the problem is that a great part of this new group are here!!!!!!!!!!!.....come on guys!,please don´t be surprised if you are part of of "300" or "500" group that include camera work too.(500=camera wor/steadi work+gear+assist).
