Just want to tell all my great customer experience with Steadyrig. Not only Hugo as been of great service before and after I purchase my arm. He is the one responsable to find me a buyer. Now is that customer service or what??? And doing all of that when going through very hard personnal times.

That gets really interesting. Both of you, Alexis and Hugo knew I was looking for the arm even talked with both and somehow it got sold to somebody else... feels 'a tad' weird.

I didn't think you were serious about buying. You kept writing about the pro arm?? Guess somehow there was a miscommunication...

Believe me, there's nothing 'a tad weird' about this. It was purely a matter of international time zones. I simply couldn't ring you any earlier than I did. And, I have absolutely no financial stake in who Alexis sells his arm to. I'm sorry you missed out and if anything comes up in the future, I'll be sure to let you know.
