Im really excited to meet everyone at the cinegear/steadicam events this upcoming weekend. I will be taking the steadicam workshops next Monday and Tuesday and am in need of a wireless video transmitter for the workshop. Im wondering if anyone in the area might be able to rent me there unit, or could suggest a rental house that carries them. I will be using an HVX200 as the camera if that makes a difference?

Thanks so much and look forward to seeing everyone that can make it,

Anthony

Hey Anthony. I'm taking the class too, see you there.

Abelcine has been treating me right lately and I know they rent Modulus 3000's.

Haha, that's funny what I just said in the other thread...

Anthony, if Abel can't help you there are many rental houses in town that have them. Maybe someone else can help you out too, everyone I know is out of town though! Your big concern will be how to power it. If you have a 12v cable from your sled to 4pin XLR you can probably make it work. Just make sure to tell the rental house what you need to power it.

Brian- yeah I was a bit worried about power too, I have AB powertaps hopefully they can do something with that. This will be my first time using a transmitter so hope its not too challenging. Looking forward to seeing you guys soon
