You won't hear from mk-v as they have no one to send them to anymore.

Do as I did, throw that unreliable piece of crap in the bin and buy a vertical Heden or an M One. That FMG pissed me around for years, potentiometer problems, gearbox problems, wish I'd never bought it.

You are alone if you have an FMG 6 problem.

My FMG motor has been rock solid in reliability and completely silent in operation. The M-One is way to noisy in my opinion.

I have 3 of those. Use them for over a year on a daily basis. No problems yet.

You can only throw a £1500 motor in a theoretical trash bin, it would be just silly otherwise, it's in a draw,.. a draw of doom!!!
