If you need a short term loan I'll be happy to throw my 11 pound plate in truck tomorrow when I come over.

Thanks Robert,
Looking for a permanent addition, however. Hoping there is something out there before I have to build my own. Thanks again for your consistent generosity.

Best,

Try Mike O'Shea if you have not already done so.

I borrowed Ron's about a month ago and two steel plates were not enough for the beast; he added another 10 pound chunk up high on the bottom of the top plate to raise the CG. It definitely made you say "hello"!

O'Shea stopped making weight cages. He let Janice Arthur take over:

She'll hook you up with whatever you need.

Rich,

I just bought a weight cage/plate system from Janice. I believe it is very similar in design to the ones Mike used to build. I haven’t used it yet, but it looks to be very well made and sturdy. She has various weighted plates, so that you can mix and match to make the perfect weight cage or plate for your needs. She had them in stock as of about a month ago when I got mine, and I received it a day or two after ordering it. Very fast service, and what looks to be a quality product.

That I want to be ready for light cameras....? Haven't flown one yet... : )

What were you implying Brad?

Brooks, Kyle, Brad, and Robert,

Thank you so much for the valuable info. I will check in with Janice. Thanks again!

I didn't really mean to imply anything. Just wondering if your search for a weight plate meant that you expected to be needing it on your show next season.
