Merlin with a 3D rig

In 3D electronic or optical stabilization has to be turned off, because the differential changes between the two views provide the wrong cues and are just counter productive. I've constructed an amateur 3D rig, which works very well and is based on the Merlin. Some of you maybe interested, since the 3D stereoscopy is comming up big time early next year. The system is quite light and portable, and I am really enjoying it.

Next time I'll include time and the other 7 string theory M-dimensions. Imagine the anaglyphic glasses you'd need for that...

The YouTube now supports 1080p, including the 3D player. I place the video in that resolution here: , in case you are interested. The player seems to require many MIPS though. Thank you.
