Hi all,

isn't Steadicam a protected name? I know PRO and MK-V use "camera stabilizer" instead of steadicam.

It is a registered trademark in the US. There are international agreements on trademarks, patents, and copyright and I assume that China is a party to those agreements. Enforcing them may be a separate problem. I know that some Chinese factories are notorious for stealing trademarks and patented designs.
