Hola Jorge.
Check your Monitor Out output signal. Make sure its set at 23.98.
That may be the issue............or not.

The problem is that I'm feeding the camera to 24vol
and also from my pro camwave to 12vol and camwave
Anchored at the rear of the alexa and I think
I'm supercharging chamber, troubleshoot
feeding the whole of the battery chamber
to 12vol.
Best Regards

I was on an Alexa feature recently with the same issue.

It was the monitor output on the Alexa.

The AC switched it to 29.97 in that menu and it fixed it.
